| The “Juxtaposed” Series consists of images from two different series shown side-by-side one another. The “Tree” Series are images of trees that, although look staged in some way, are actual trees that I have photographed in my suburban environment. The “Nature Boy” series consists of images that are self-portraits in which I have transformed and camouflaged myself into a tree or plant creature using costumes and photographed in natural settings. I have left it up to the viewer to determine which is real and which is staged.
